We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will help foster a welcoming environment and support efficient office operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring a positive first impression and directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Answer and route phone calls courteously; handle messages and general inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Maintain an organized, professional reception area and customer lounge.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of related office or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and data entry systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit and use a computer and phone for extended periods in an office setting.
  • Ability to perform light physical activity such as filing or lifting up to 10 lbs.
  • Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail while completing clerical and data-entry tasks.
Compensation & Benefits

Hours:

9:00am - 6:00pm with an occasional Saturday.

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 Depending on Experience
