Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Job Summary
The incumbent will assist the Residency Program Administrator with the operation of the residency training program, in compliance with ACGME, NRMP and Upstate GME guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Annual recruitment and application screening
- Annual resident contracts and orientation
- Ongoing data maintenance (Med Hub evaluations, didactic schedules and resident attendance, etc.)
- Didactic coordination and database maintenance
- Coordinating resident site rotation requirements, orientation and training for graduating residents
- Creation and maintenance of resident electronic on‑call schedule
- Tracking and preparing program expenses, monthly reports, resident well‑being surveys, research projects, QI projects, resident time off, Step 3 and CSV exams, and presentations at national and international meetings
- Preparation of 6‑month evaluation materials and surveys, meeting materials and distribution of meeting minutes
- Maintenance of the Residency Program website and assistance with department website updates
Directly responsible to the Program Director and Associate Directors, this position provides direction, leadership and day‑to‑day management of educational activities, including administrative support to the Program Director, Associate Directors and Chief Residents.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in an appropriate field required. Candidates with significant additional related experience may be considered.
Preferred QualificationsWork Days:
Monday – Friday daytime hours.

SalaryG3: $18.75 – $28.40
