Assistant Supervisor​/Data Specialist

We're currently seeking a full-time Assistant Supervisor/Data Specialist to work with our HIV Services program. The Assistant Supervisor/Data Specialist will be responsible for program compliance through the daily management, administration, and coordination of the program staff, data, and record keeping. This position will also directly support the Program Supervisor in an Assistant Supervisory capacity.

• Ensures overall program compliance with documentation, administration, and coordination of the services.
• Assists the Program Supervisor with the coordination of the services for the Housing Counselors and Peer Specialists.
• Assists with scheduling to ensure coverage and compliance (to cover holidays and vacations as needed).
• Produces ongoing statistical and narrative reports as required by the agency and by the Department of Health.
• Maintains required program certifications.
• Completes all required documentation, in timelines in accordance with program standards.

• Associate’s Degree in Human Services or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience working with the target population and a clear understanding of service provision for those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.
• Must possess a valid New York State Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate an understanding of chemical dependency, mental health, and medical needs.
• Ability to work independently and with flexibility in days and hours of work.

Starting Rate: $22.28 per hour
