The RDO team is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative and project support. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys helping teams stay organized and can manage follow-up activities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assist leadership and project managers with meeting coordination, agenda preparation, notes, follow-up items and distribution of project communications.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support to project managers, leaders and team members.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, prepare agendas and organize meeting materials.
  • Take meeting notes, document decisions and action items, and follow up with owners on due dates and updates.
  • Maintain basic project documents and trackers, including action logs, meeting notes, contact lists, status inputs and shared project files.
  • Help collect project updates, organize information and prepare simple status reports or summaries for review.
  • Support project team communication by sending reminders, requesting updates and helping ensure information is shared timely.
  • Assist with organizing project files, maintaining SharePoint or Teams sites and ensuring materials are easy to locate.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 2–3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.

The base salary range for this position is $58,000 - $70,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of administrative, business support, project coordination and/or related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, capturing meeting notes and tracking follow-up items.
  • Proven attention to detail, organization and follow-through, with a focus on data accuracy, transparency and integrity.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with willingness to ask questions and follow up appropriately.
  • Interest in learning project coordination practices, including schedules, trackers, action items, risks and issues.
  • Comfort working with basic project information, timelines, status updates and shared documents.
  • Ability to stay organized, manage assigned tasks and adapt when priorities change.
  • Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to organize information and identify when guidance is needed.
  • Maintain highest ethical standards; demonstrate practicality, integrity and respect for others. Promotes diversity and a culture of inclusion.
