** Contract Duration:
** 7 Months (with potential extensions and/or conversion to full-time)
** Required Skills & Experience*
* + 2-year or 4-year college degree
+ Previous administrative, clerical, customer service, or operations experience
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
** Desired Skills & Experience*
* + Experience supporting a shared mailbox or service desk environment
+ Experience processing checks, payments, or financial documents
+
Experience with scanning, imaging, and electronic document management systems
+
Experience with in financial services, operations, payroll, commissions, or compensation environments
+ Strong data entry and record management experience
+ Process improvement mindset and ability to support special projects
** What You Will Be Doing*

+ Shared mailbox/service desk tools
+ Electronic document management and imaging systems
+ Internal compensation and payment tracking systems
+ Data entry and reporting tools
** Daily Responsibilities*
* + Monitor and triage inquiries received through the Field Compensation shared mailbox
+ Route requests to appropriate team members and assist with service-level tracking
+ Support customer service and advisor-facing administrative activities
+ Receive, sort, distribute, and process incoming department mail
+ Log, track, and document commission-related correspondence and manual checks
+ Prepare outgoing mail and overnight deliveries
+ Scan, upload, index, and electronically file compensation-related documents
+ Maintain departmental records and assist with document retrieval requests
+ Perform data entry, spreadsheet updates, reporting, and tracking activities
+ Assist with special projects, process improvement initiatives, and department-wide operational support
