Job Summary

That’s a lot of products received every day! With this need in mind, we are looking for new Receiving Assistants (Office Assistant Mail/Stores/Clerk
1) to join our Supply Chain Team. This role is vital to ensuring that everyone receives the best care possible.
- Report daily to the main Receiving dock and assist vendors as they deliver our supplies
- Enter receipts into the verification system when new products are received
- Review product requests from across all of SUNY Upstate and prepare deliveries
- Show care in the delivery of oxygen and gas cannisters to clinical areas
- Provide outstanding customer service
There are no specific education or experience requirements.
