Job Summary
** As an Automotive Service Advisor at Georgica Auto Holdings, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. You will translate customer needs and vehicle symptoms into actionable service recommendations, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Compensation Range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually

Job Responsibilities
*** Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their concerns, and accurately document vehicle issues and service requests.
* Conduct thorough walk-arounds of vehicles with customers to identify additional service needs and explain recommended repairs.
* Prepare accurate and transparent service estimates, explaining the scope of work, parts required, and labor costs.
* Communicate regularly with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs, any unexpected issues, and estimated completion times.
* Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs, acting as a liaison between the customer and the shop.
* Process service orders, generate invoices, and handle customer payments accurately.
* Maintain comprehensive customer records and vehicle service history.
* Promote additional services, maintenance packages, and accessories as appropriate.
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications
*** High school diploma or equivalent; a post-secondary degree or certification in automotive technology or a related field is a plus.
* Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
* Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in using automotive service software and point-of-sale systems.
* Ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical customers.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
