G&C Food Distributors is a re-distributor of refrigerated, frozen, and dry food. We store and deliver more than 4,000 food items to meet the needs of our customers across all cross the United States and internationally. $24.00-$28.00

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The AR Specialist supports the finance department through a variety of administrative, accounting-based activities. This individual must be dependable, have excellent communication skills, must be able to work independently as well as in a team. The work environment is fast-paced and progressive.

• Apply payments to customer accounts
• Review & follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
• Send invoices weekly to customers
• Prepare and send bank deposits
• Resolve deductions and vendor billbacks
• Balance accounts daily
• Interact with personnel from other departments (sales, transportation, warehouse, purchasing)

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 2+ years of office accounting experience preferred
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
• Detail oriented
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills both over the phone as well as in person
• Conflict resolution experience preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Enterprise software a plus
