A company is looking for an Associate Manager for Operations and Procurement (AMOP).

Key Responsibilities Support the COO in developing and tracking the annual Operations Department work plan and deliverables Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle and ensure compliance with policies and donor requirements Coordinate travel logistics, inventory management, and capacity building for U.S. and International Programs

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, international relations, or a related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in a non-profit setting Knowledge of donor-funded regulations, including 2 CFR 200 and FAR

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus Working knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus
