Job Summary
The Business Manager for Rehab Psychology, Special Projects & Strategic Growth provides operational, financial, and strategic leadership for Rehab Psychology Services within the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. This role oversees day‑to‑day business operations, leads complex special projects and collaborates with the Director of Operations and PMR leadership to support service expansion, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and long‑term program development and growth.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Services, Accounting or related field with a minimum of 3 years progressive experience in a health care environment required.
Preferred QualificationsPreference for knowledge of PM&R services processes, billing and coding processes and/or experience in ambulatory health‑care environment.
Work DaysMonday‑Friday, days.
