This role ensures that projects are started, completed on time and within budget, and also aligns with business objectives.

Responsible for oversight and completion of task delegation, serving also as a point of escalation for administrative issues. Must have experience working with various hospital and academic programs/departments. Must be self‑directed and self‑motivated, able to function day to day with minimal oversight and direction. Must be technologically proficient with strong computer skills.

Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) and other commonly used business software to carry out administrative and operational projects. A strong communicator and multitasker, detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize. Excels in cross‑functional collaboration with internal teams, various members of hospital leadership, and external vendors. Will consider the right applicant with an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree with focus in Informatics, Data Analytics, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred.
