Contracts Manager

SAAB seeks a Contracts Manager to support our Defense & Aerospace programs within the Contract Management & Coordination department. In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle of complex customer and supplier contracts, from proposal through closeout. You will draft, review, and negotiate agreements, ensure compliance with defense and export regulations, and coordinate closely with legal, engineering, finance, and program teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle contract management for defense and aerospace programs
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex customer and supplier contracts
• Ensure compliance with defense, export control, and security regulations
• Coordinate with legal, program management, finance, and engineering teams
• Monitor contract performance, risks, and obligations; drive issue resolution
• Develop and maintain standardized contract templates and processes
• Support bids, proposals, and pricing strategies
• Prepare reports and briefings for internal and external stakeholders
