We are seeking motivated, curious, and driven Summer 2027 Interns to join our team and contribute to meaningful work that supports key business priorities. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience through impactful projects, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven analysis, and strategic initiatives that help shape business decisions and deliver real results. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with 2-3 days in office combining flexibility with team collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing- Gain hands-on experience contributing to meaningful projects that support key business priorities.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to help inform business decisions.
- Analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with professionals across the organization on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Assist in creating presentations, reports, and business updates for leadership audiences.
- Participate in networking, learning, and professional development opportunities throughout the program.
- Share fresh ideas, innovative thinking, and a student perspective to help drive continuous improvement.
Dates:
Nine-week program starting in early June 2027
Hourly Rate: $22/hour
Location:
Needs to be near one of our offices (i.e. Charlotte, NC, New York, NY or Syracuse, NY)
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program and entering junior or senior year at the time of the internship.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, take initiative, and contribute to meaningful projects.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work-related activities preferred.
