Foster Club is proud to partner with Colas USA and Barrett Industries to promote a unique, paid internship opportunity designed specifically for young people ages 18 and older in Syracause, NY. This program provides hands-on experience in the construction industry through a 3-month internship with Barrett Industries.

At Barrett Industries, the Operation Intern will have the opportunity to:
- Learn materials testing and equipment operation
- Work alongside experienced industry professionals
- Build practical, real-world skills
No previous experience is required. Whether you’re just starting out or looking for a new direction, this program is designed to meet you where you are.
