Education and Experience
* High School diploma or GED required.
* Must have experience working with young children.
Skills and Knowledge
* Candidate must successfully meet all NYS Office of Children & Family Services background clearances and fingerprint screenings.
* Position requires completed medical form and TB test per NYS Regulations.
* Understanding and knowledge of NYS Office of Children & Family Services regulations helpful.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and care for children ages 6 weeks - 5 years.
* Communication with children, parents, center staff, and student employees.
* Assist in classroom activities and programming.
Physical Requirements
* Must be able to lift children/up to 50 lbs.
