ETS is seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager to join our client's team.

Your day-to-day as a Construction Assistant Project Manager:

• Plan, execute, and deliver assigned construction projects in coordination with project managers and business unit leaders
• Develop and track detailed work plans, prioritize tasks, and identify potential risks or delays
• Manage communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all projects comply with company and industry safety standards
• Oversee project tracking, cost control, and reporting to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in project management, construction coordination, or a related field
• Strong understanding of risk management and construction project planning
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally (10–15%)
