Traveling Construction Superintendent (Nationwide Travel Required)
We are seeking experienced Traveling Construction Superintendents to oversee and manage fast-paced commercial construction projects across the country. This role offers a strong pipeline of work and the opportunity to lead projects from start to finish while traveling nationwide.
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
- Paid lodging and travel accommodations (fully arranged)
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
- Daily per diem
- Monthly paid trip home
- Bonus potential
- Manage commercial construction projects from inception through completion
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Oversee job site safety, quality control, and compliance standards
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and key stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Experience with commercial projects (retail, gas stations, restaurants, or ground-up construction)
- Ability and willingness to travel full-time nationwide
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
