Construction Project Manager

CR Fletcher is currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager for a company in Syracuse. This person will manage projects ranging from $100k-$8mil providing a wide range of services including interior wall systems, building envelopes, exterior cladding, and etc. This person will manage day to day construction operations, prepare/track budgets, project planning, scope, scheduling, estimates etc. It is an 8a-4:30p role 40hrs/week type position.

Projects can be throughout NYS but you will be on the road for day trips a handful of times a month.

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Provide timely status reports to stakeholders

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
