Superintendent

Location:

Albany, NY.

• Lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site.
• Ensure the right materials, equipment, and people are available to complete work on time.
• Take action to maintain safety, health, and well‑being of the team and the environment.
• Use people‑management skills to help team members discover what drives them and guide them forward.
• Apply innovation, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work on‑site full‑time at a Jacobs workplace as required.

• 6+ years of construction experience inspecting large‑scale building projects valued above $1 million.
• Minimum 4 years as an Assistant Superintendent or Inspector on large‑scale, multi‑contract building projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction, building systems, technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building, and client relationship building.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Work requires access to secure facilities and background check clearance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

The base salary range for this position is $89,440.00 to $; it will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Pay is determined by job location and additional factors such as skill, experience, and education.
