About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Project Manager who thrives in fast‑paced environments. Based at our client’s sites in Buffalo, NY
, you will report directly to the Sr. Project Manager and work alongside other project team members focusing on projects from conception through closeout.

• Manage various construction projects using established controls/procedures and provide on‑site leadership in scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with designers and critical issues.
• Handle change orders and cost review processes and approve contractor payment applications.
• Work on pre‑design and pre‑construction phases, contract management, and project delivery methods.

• 10+ years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large‑scale building/rehabilitation projects.
• Strong working knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building.
• Ability to manage 4‑5 projects simultaneously using established controls/procedures, providing job‑site leadership in scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with designers and critical issues.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification.

Base salary range: $105,000 to $135,000.
