Superintendent - Design Build

• Oversee day‑to‑day field operations for construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate self‑perform teams (carpentry, steel, concrete) as well as subcontractors and trade partners.
• Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, quality control and safety protocols on‑site.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers and clients to resolve issues and deliver high‑quality results.
• Conduct site meetings, maintain documentation and ensure compliance with plans, specifications and regulations.
• Mentor field teams and contribute to a positive, high‑performing construction culture.
• Support adaptive reuse, new construction and various market sectors including industrial and commercial facilities.

• 5+ years of progressive experience as a Superintendent or in senior construction management roles with a general contractor or design‑build firm.
• Strong background in commercial, industrial or multi‑trade construction (steel erection, concrete, carpentry preferred).
• Proven track record managing crews, subcontractors, schedules and budgets on mid‑to‑large scale projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for project sites.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
