Heavy Civil Superintendent

Servidone Inc. is seeking a Deputy Project Superintendent to support field operations on the I‑81 Viaduct Project Phase 2, Contract 6 in Syracuse, New York. This is an opportunity to join one of the region’s most significant infrastructure projects and take ownership of assigned work scopes within a large, active heavy civil construction environment. Reporting directly to the General Superintendent, you will play a key role in coordinating crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and daily field activities to keep work progressing safely and efficiently.

• Manage assigned scopes of work from planning through execution.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and sequencing activities.
• Support project schedule objectives and production goals.
• Monitor field conditions and proactively address operational challenges.
• Work closely with project management, engineering, safety, and quality personnel.
• Maintain accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards.
• Communicate field progress, constraints, and upcoming resource needs.
• Help ensure work is performed according to project requirements and specifications.

• Minimum 8 years of heavy civil construction field leadership experience.
• Experience supervising crews and coordinating subcontractors on infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and production planning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within an active project environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Commitment to safe and efficient project execution.

• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job.
• Experience working on large‑scale transportation or infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple active work areas simultaneously.

$150,000 - $180,000 annual salary

Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
