** What's a typical day as Project Manager - Traveling Construction Superintendent? You'll be:*
* + Providing on-site coordination for all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring specifications are met and work proceeds on schedule and within budget

+ Coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, and overseeing scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety

+ Monitoring projects from planning to completion, including budgeting, manpower resources, and scheduling

+ Ensuring quality control procedures are followed, enforcing standards, and adhering to safety and security needs on site

+ Traveling daily to jobsites for personnel management and progress review

+ Managing daily logs, assisting in obtaining permits, coordinating required inspections, and maintaining organized and clean job sites

+ Identifying conflicts in construction progress, communicating with the project team, and providing direction for up to 30+ subcontractors and vendors

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a minimum of 3-5 years of  
** verifiable experience
** in the commercial construction industry on projects between $250K and $5 million/job (must have)

+ Hold at least a 2-year college degree (must have)

+ Are OSHA certified (must have)

+ Possess excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Sage CM, Clock Shark, and Holobuilder (must have)

+ Can read all types of commercial drawings (must have)

+ Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills (must have)

+ Are willing and able to travel daily to various jobsites
