Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year

- Oversee day-to-day field operations for construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Supervise and coordinate self-perform teams (carpentry, steel, concrete) as well as subcontractors and trade partners
- Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, and safety protocols on-site
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and deliver high-quality results
- Conduct site meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations
- Mentor field teams and contribute to a positive, high-performing construction culture
- Support adaptive reuse, new construction, and various market sectors including industrial and commercial facilities
- 5+ years of progressive experience as a Superintendent or in senior construction management roles with a general contractor or design-build firm
- Strong background in commercial, industrial, or multi-trade construction (steel erection, concrete, carpentry preferred)
- Proven track record managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets on mid-to-large scale projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for project sites
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
