Affordable Housing Superintendent | Syracuse, NY

A well-established real estate developer and builder with more than 40 years of experience delivering large-scale residential communities is seeking a Superintendent to oversee the rehabilitation of an affordable housing development in the Syracuse area.

This individual will lead the day-to-day field operations of a multi-family residential rehabilitation project
, coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, and ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications. • Manage daily field operations for a large-scale affordable housing rehabilitation project.

• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and construction sequencing to ensure the project stays on schedule.

• Enforce site safety, quality control, and compliance with project specifications across all trades.

• Review construction drawings and specifications and ensure work is performed accordingly.

• Work closely with the Project Manager to track project progress, inspections, RFIs, and documentation
  .

• Identify and resolve field issues and coordination challenges as they arise.

• Experience serving as a Superintendent on multi-family residential renovation or rehabilitation projects
  .

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and site management
  .

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  .

• Comfortable leading field operations on mid-to-large scale residential construction projects
  .

• $100,000 - $160,000 base salary
  , depending on experience.
