Lead planning, execution, and closeout of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) upgrades, building modernization, environmental compliance works, and site rehabilitation projects. Responsible for managing schedule, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning & Development
- Support project scope definition, objectives, execution strategy, and delivery milestones.
- Plan utility shutdowns/outages, project phasing, and develop continuity strategies to minimize disruption to operations.
- Project Execution
- Manage day‑to‑day site activities for contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor and track project progress and team productivity.
- Manage submittals, requests for information (RFI), inspections, and as‑built documentation.
- Proactive communication with client operations.
- Coordinate shutdown planning.
- Compliance & Safety Management
- Implement site‑specific safety plans and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
- Facilitate toolbox talks and permit‑to‑work systems (Lock‑out/Tag‑out, hot work, confined space, etc.).
- Maintain documentation for daily permits, inspection reports, test records, O&M manuals, training, and closeout deliverables.
- Coordinate with EHS teams to ensure compliance with OSHA and client safety programs.
- Success Metrics
- On‑time, on‑budget project delivery with strong performance.
- Effective risk/issue management and disciplined change control.
- High client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Strong HSEQ outcomes.
- Team engagement, mentoring, and capability development.
- Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering, or a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Proven success delivering MEPF, building upgrades, and site projects.
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam.
- Strong project controls capability (schedule, cost, risk, change management).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to read drawings/specifications and manage construction phase activity.
- OSHA 30‑Hour (Construction)
- First Aid/CPR
- Work arrangement:
Daily travel to project sites in South Central NY and the Corning Valley. - Requires on‑site work in mechanical rooms and active construction environments.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $82,000 - $120,000 annually and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
