Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Procurement ​/ Purchasing

I'm currently partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor in the Syracuse area to recruit an experienced Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected builder with a strong pipeline of healthcare, education, commercial, and institutional projects.

• sManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
• .Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
• .Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and vendor management
• .Coordinate field operations with superintendents and project teams
• .Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• .Monitor project costs and forecast financial performance
• .Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• .Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• or3–5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contracto
• r.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferre
