Syracuse Multifamily Superintendent

The Multifamily Superintendent will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery. This role involves managing on-site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining safety standards on multifamily property developments in Syracuse. Client Details Michael Page is hiring for a role in the property industry, based in Syracuse. Description Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.

Coordinate daily tasks and schedules with subcontractors and team members to maintain project timelines. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all site personnel. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address and resolve any construction challenges. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including daily logs and reports.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed. Oversee the use and maintenance of equipment and materials to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Experience with managing construction projects, particularly in the multifamily property sector. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
