The Multifamily Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects within the property industry. Based in Syracuse, this role focuses on ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Client Details Michael Page is hiring for a role in the property industry in Syracuse. Description Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.

Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures. Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively. Resolve any project-related challenges promptly and efficiently.

Profile A successful Multifamily Project Manager should have: A strong background in construction management, specifically within the property industry. Familiarity with multifamily construction projects and associated processes. Excellent organizational and project management skills. The ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A proactive approach to managing budgets, schedules, and quality assurance.
