Onondaga County Civil Service administers an Open-Competitive Clerk of the Works Supervisor role in the Onondaga County civil service system. The position oversees inspection of public construction projects, coordinates prime contractors, and exercises independent judgment in planning and scheduling work within the Engineering (Buildings) division.
The incumbent supervises a small team, reviews inspection results, and ensures adherence to specifications, standards and schedules.
