Gilbane is seeking a General Superintendent to manage the overall field on a large project in Syracuse, NY, leading a team of superintendents to ensure safety, scheduling, budget, quality and customer satisfaction. The role is site-based daily and will play a key role on the project.
You will work within Gilbane's culture of integrity and teamwork, develop high-performing teams, and coordinate with trade contractors while upholding Gilbane's safety standards and project goals.
