- Create user-focused experiences and intuitive features in collaboration with other Product Designers and development teams, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality products.
- Lead initiatives that extend beyond the immediate roadmap, engaging with designers and stakeholders to identify user challenges and develop effective, lasting solutions.
- Produce a variety of design assets, including user flows, wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and thorough design specifications.
- Guide a team of designers by promoting best practices in processes and methodologies, while aiming to achieve business KPIs and meet customer needs.
- Coach the team on using established design systems, style guides, and patterns in the creation of UX deliverables.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in a fast-paced technology setting.
- Proven experience with Design Systems, approaching design with a holistic system mindset rather than focusing on isolated interface elements.
- Experience in usability research, requirement gathering, and rapidly translating insights into actionable design experiments and deliverables.
- Proficiency in Figma with a bonus for other UX/UI tools.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating your design work, aesthetic sensibilities, problem-solving processes, and deliverables.
