** Scope of Responsibilities:
** The Graphic Designer is responsible for the creative development and maintenance of marketing pieces while also supporting other department initiatives.
*
* Job Duties:

*** Design graphics for digital, print, web, and social media.
* Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
* Collaborate on campaign concepts.
* Support internal customer design requests.
* Incorporate feedback from internal customers and take creative direction from stakeholders.
* Work with photographers, videographers, web programmers, and others.
* Prepare final files for production and publishing.
* Coordinate with vendors for project quotes and delivery of materials.
* Manage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Develop and maintain an understanding of Pro Act’s business.
* Responsible for attending workshops, seminars, or other developmental opportunities as identified to improve individual and/or team performance.
* Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
* Perform other duties as assigned.## Qualifications
*
* Education:

*** Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design and/or fine arts. Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography in print and digital media.
*
* Experience:

*** Minimum five years of experience in graphic design.
* Ability to take projects from concept to completion. Apply best practices in user interface and interactive design.
