Driver’s Village continues to grow and we are seeking a customer-service-oriented Automotive Call Center Representative to join our successful team. If you like working with people – even if you have no automotive experience – this career is for you!

Pay range: $16 per hour

• Answer a high volume of calls related to sales, service and other related inquiries
• Receive inbound calls and make outbound customer service calls
• Provide information to customers inquiring about various sales or services
• Maintains call center database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log
• Schedule appointments throughout the dealership

• Outstanding people skills
• Phone skills/verbal communication
• Product knowledge
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Have reliable transportation

• 40 Hour Work Week
