The Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Part-Time, Multi-Branch is responsible for providing exceptional service to branch customers and resolving routine customer problems in a timely manner.
This position is assigned to support multiple branch locations, specifically Clay, Downtown Syracuse, and Southwest Syracuse, and requires regular travel between these branches based on business needs. The position is a key driver of branch referrals that assist the branch team in achieving their annual goals. The CSR is responsible for interacting with appropriate areas within the Bank to ensure branch-related operational issues are resolved efficiently and accurately.
The CSR must stay current on operational changes and demonstrate sound risk management practices to support branch growth while minimizing preventable losses and fraudulent activity.

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, printers, and filing cabinets.
TravelThis position requires regular travel between Clay, Downtown Syracuse, and Southwest Syracuse branches during the workday based on operational needs. Reliable transportation is required. Mileage reimbursement will be provided in accordance with Bank policy.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience
- Cash handling experience
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

- Prior banking experience
