- Work a window at the Ticket Office at NBT Bank Stadium for Syracuse Mets home games & extra events
- Assist fans in selecting their seats for events and provide accurate seating information
- Must be comfortable using a computer & using the internet
- Experience with or similar ticketing system preferred
- Must be comfortable and competent to make change
- Provide excellent customer service to guests at NBT Bank Stadium
- Answer questions to the best of your ability or help find the answer
- Provide directions to different locations around NBT Bank Stadium
- Provide assistance with any other need that may arise
- Assist in all other duties as needed
- Rate of pay: $16.50/hour
