Cal Source, an ATS company, is Upstate New York’s premier test equipment and gauge calibration lab. We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Customer Service Coordinator. The role reports to the General Manager and involves working at client sites and the Cal Source facility performing customer‑service duties, collections through our accounts‑receivable system, and other responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities- Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries.
- Greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide basic administrative assistance for various computer systems used in the calibration laboratory.
- Respond to customer‑service calls, emails, and web requests promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate field‑service work with customers and maintain onsite schedules.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, as needed.
- Process calibration documents for technicians.
- Generate calibration quotes.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
