Location: City of Syracuse
Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Tier 1 to join our ES GEIS CHD division. This on-site role is based in Syracuse, NY or Highland, IL with no relocation assistance. You will handle 60–70 calls or emails daily, resolving stock and order management inquiries with strong SOP adherence. Knowledge of SAP and other CS systems is beneficial.
