Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse is seeking a Senior Call Center Representative to handle calls across all Ambulatory Call Center lines of business and provide a high level of service. The role includes acting as a Subject Matter Expert and supporting Team Leaders with training and quality assurance activities.
The incumbent will also assist with advanced scheduling and handling callers needing additional assistance, working Monday to Friday during standard daytime hours.
