Airport Customer Service Agent (Frontier) - SYR
Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an Airport Customer Service Agent for the Syracuse location. This is a part-time, non-exempt position with a base pay rate of $16.00. The position is available for both A.M. and P.M. shifts on a part-time basis.
The duties include providing customer service to passengers for all aspects of arrivals, ticketing, check-in including boarding, baggage services, reservations, and any other queries or complaints. Assistance will be provided to passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers, and passengers needing wheelchair assistance. The role also involves handling ticketing and check-in operations, directing passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine, and ensuring the availability of wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags.
The position requires adherence to all safety procedures and policies, performing other related duties as assigned, and reporting safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, being at least 18 years of age, and obtaining credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements. Physical requirements include the ability to constantly lift up to 70lbs and more, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, reach out, and grasp; and frequently climb, and crawl. The role also requires the ability to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime, and in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
