Sapphire Recruitment is partnering with an established heating and fueling company in Syracuse, NY to find Customer Service Representatives!
We are in search of 10+ talented, ambitious individuals who are interested in being part of a team that recognizes achievements and celebrates successes! This is a long term temporary assignment with potential for growth and advancement! This is an onsite position.
Duties include:- Respond to service requests
- Investigate and resolve customer questions and concerns
- Prepare and distribute reports on a regular and timely basis
- Billing and payments
- Participate in inside sales activities
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of experience in customer service or call center
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong Computer and data entry skills
