POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing primary health care to center patients within the structure of the family practice model; in addition, serves on committees, discharges administrative responsibilities, attends departmental meetings; participates in night and weekend on-call coverage rotation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEGraduation from an accredited dental school. Current New York State license is required. Must also have current BLS and infection control certifications. Must have a current DEA Registration.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS- Ambulatory – 95%
- Sedentary – 5%
- Subject to stress and Fatigue
- Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye hand coordination when working with patients and equipment.
- Subject to repeated bending, squatting and stooping.
- Requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range
