The ideal candidate will oversee the entire construction project life cycle. You will manage personnel involved at different stages of the project and showcase strong design and technical abilities.
Responsibilities- Work with Partners in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections as required with Detailers/Drafters
- Review design documents and construction estimates
- Coordination with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings
- Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 8-10 years architectural experience
- Architectural license (preferred) or IDP candidate nearing completion
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, Revit is a plus
- Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques
- Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team
