The BIM Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining BIM standards and workflows across the firm. This role supports project teams in the effective use of BIM processes, ensures model quality and consistency, and drives innovation in digital project delivery. The BIM Manager collaborates closely with the Technical staff, consultants, and the various departments and groups, including Operations, IT, and Design & Technical Leaders to maximize efficiency, coordination, and project outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Heavy Revit experience.
- 7+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction with significant BIM experience.
- 3+ years of BIM leadership, management, or coordination experience.
