365 Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established Hospitalist team as a Nocturnist in Syracuse, New York. This permanent opportunity offers a predictable 7-on/7-off night schedule, strong specialty backup, and a collegial, physician-led inpatient environment.
Schedule7-on / 7-off rotation
12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Weekends included as part of scheduled rotation
No additional on-call requirement
Practice DetailsHospital-based inpatient medicine
Closed ICU overnight rounding for hospitalist patients
Strong subspecialty support
Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment
EMR: Epic
Physician-led governance structure
Clinical ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive overnight inpatient care
Perform admissions and manage hospitalized patients
Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations
Document encounters accurately in Epic EMR
Monitor and respond to acute changes in patient condition
Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up care
Collaborate with subspecialists and inpatient teams
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered acute care
QualificationsBoard Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 2 years) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active New York medical license (or willingness to obtain)
DEA certification
Clean malpractice and license history
Hospitalist or nocturnist experience required (no new graduates)
Visa sponsorship not available
Recent NPDB self-query required at time of presentation
Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $320,320 annually
Starting bonus: $15,000
