This role offers the opportunity to oversee inpatient care, implement best practices, and enhance quality and efficiency in a respected community-focused hospital system.
Lead and manage the hospital medicine team
Oversee inpatient care delivery and performance metrics
Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to implement best practices
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital protocols
Support recruitment, retention, and staff training efforts
Use Epic EMR for clinical documentation and workflow
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (within 2 years)
NY Medical License (or willing to obtain)
Minimum 2 years leadership experience in acute care
Clean malpractice and license history
Experienced physician fresh graduates not accepted
Annual Salary: $325,000 $ 350,000 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
