- School-day hours with student dismissal at 2:30 M, T, Th, F and 12:30 Wed. No nights or weekends!

Skills and Qualifications- High school diploma.
- Experience with young children and/or children with diverse abilities.
- Sensitivity and understanding in diverse settings.
- Confidentiality and discretion.
- Independent and team-oriented work ethic.
- High motivation and enthusiasm.
- Effective verbal communication.
- Frequent movement throughout the school building, including classrooms and playground areas.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, or moving of materials and equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to engage in floor-level and outdoor interactions with young children.
- Sufficient vision and hearing to observe, communicate, and maintain safety within a classroom and community setting.
- Capacity to manage occasional high-stress situations calmly and professionally, including crisis intervention or emergency response.
