Qualifications
Candidates should have a Ph.D. in a relevant area of Biochemistry, Biology, or a closely related field and relevant teaching experience. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise and/or teaching experience in Biochemistry, including teaching laboratory classes.

Responsibilities
* Teaching six courses per year (3:3 load).
* Teaching and grading undergraduate classes.
* Developing and/or updating class syllabi and new classes as appropriate.
* Maintaining regularly scheduled office hours.
* Advising undergraduates majoring in Biological fields.
* Acting as a reader for distinction and honors projects.
* Serving on committees.
* Working with the academic unit to maintain student learning outcomes.
