The College of Arts & Sciences at Syracuse University is seeking a Part-time Instructor to teach CSD
671 – Advanced Clinical Audiology II (Fall 2026 semester). Course description:
Concepts and practice in screening and diagnostic audiology, including clinical decision analysis, otoacoustic emissions, wideband acoustic immittance, and clinical applications of auditory evoked potentials.
Qualifications:
Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Audiology, Current CCC in Audiology.
Responsibilities:
Part-time instructor duties will include developing and/or updating a class syllabus, ordering the appropriate books and materials in advance of the class start date, preparing lectures, projects or other student assignments, maintaining regularly scheduled office hours of two hours per week, presenting instruction based on the competencies and performance levels of the class, meeting all designated class periods, working with the academic unit to maintain student learning outcomes, submitting completed final grades according to University regulations, grading student assignments and exams in a timely manner, providing departmentally sanctioned forms for completed student evaluations, and completing all other course-related duties as outlined by your department's policies for part-time instructors.
