Location: City of Syracuse
The S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University is seeking an instructor to teach VIS 231 Visual Journalism on Fridays 12:45pm-3:30pm during the Fall 2026 semester (3 credits).
Course covers camera fundamentals, visual composition, exposure, lighting, audio, and post-production. Teaching duties include syllabus development, material ordering, class prep, weekly office hours, and timely grading. Remote work is not offered for this on-campus course.
